Established in 1980 by Stuart Armstrong, Stuart Armstrong & Co provides accountancy, taxation and business advice to individuals and businesses across the north of England and southern Scotland.

Stuart Armstrong FCCA MCMI
Stuart founded Stuart Armstrong & Co in 1980. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with over 40 years’ experience in the profession. Stuart specialises in preparing accounts and providing taxation and business advice. He is also a registered auditor.
James Armstrong FCCA FMAAT
James is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is also a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. He joined Stuart Armstrong & Co in 2007 and specialises in the preparation of accounts, corporate and personal taxation, payroll and CIS.
Carolyn Graham ATT FMAAT
Carolyn has worked at Stuart Armstrong & Co since 1985. She is a member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Association of Accounting Technicians, and is responsible for the practice management, accounts preparation, personal taxation and company formations. Carolyn also specialises in VAT.
Andrea Graham
Andrea works for Stuart Armstrong on a part time basis and has been with us since 2007. She is responsible for preparing client payrolls.
